During the Fall semester of the second pre-pharmacy year, the student should apply for admission to pharmacy school and take the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT).  Completion of the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D. degree, the candidate must complete a 1500 hour internship and pass the National and Georgia State Board of Pharmacy exams to practice pharmacy in this state.
